Aim of the meeting: The second in-person Transnational Project Meeting with partners
Coordinator: John Paul II University of Applied Sciences in Biala Podlaska, Poland
Project Partners: University of Pécs, Hungary; University of Novi Sad, Serbia
Mrs. Bojana Harrison (UNS) opened the meeting, welcoming all the participants and introducing the meeting agenda. The Multiplier Event held in Novi Sad was successful, gathering 70 participants from Serbia and 5 from abroad (2 from Italy, 1 from the Czech Republic, 1 from Slovenia, and 1 from Bosnia and Herzegovina). After the event, a satisfaction survey was conducted and 50 questionnaires were collected. The Serbian team with the support of Dr. Alexandra Makai (UP) will analyze them and prepare a report. The surveys and the report will be made available in the project Dropbox.
Dr. Marian Stelmach (ABNS) presented the finished modules of IO1 and IO2. All these materials are finished in English and Polish language. The textbook has also been finalized in English and Polish, and the questions and references are all finished in these two languages. What is left to be done is to translate all these materials into Hungarian and Serbian languages.
Members of the Polish project team will prepare the material in English for the Teacher’s Guide and forward it to Serbian and Hungarian team members to review.
It was agreed that the presentations, that will be available as the e-learning material, will only be in PPT format without audio.
Dr. Dávid Paár (UP)presented the materials developed in the IO3 and IO4. In IO3 12 chapters have been finished in English and Hungarian, and 2 remain to be finalized. In IO4, 10 chapters are completed. Most of the materials, questions, and references are nearly finished.
Dr. Radenko Matić and Dr. Darinka Korovljev (UNS) presented the results of the development of the IO5 and IO6. All 14 chapters of the IO5 modules are finished in English and Serbian. 6 presentations are prepared, 2 still pending. 4 quizzes out of 10 are prepared in both languages. All 14 chapters of the IO6 are finished in English, and 9 are also ready in the Serbian language. The rest of the material is finished in English and it is being translated into Serbian.
The materials in all IOs have been prepared with an editorial and technical revision that was conducted according to what was previously agreed in the meeting held in Pecs.
The final peer review of all the materials has to be done.
Mr. Róbert Dudás informed the project team members that it would be possible to change one online meeting into a face-to-face meeting, because the kick-off meeting was held online due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions, therefore the budget for that meeting is still available. After a brief discussion, it was agreed that the Coordinator will write to the Polish National Agency to ask for their approval of this.
Dr. Dávid Paár (UP) suggested that the Hungarian team can organize a Multiplier Event during the Annual Hungarian Conference on Sport Science, which will take place in the town of Veszprém in Hungary at the end of May 2023. It would be cost-effective to organize the next TPM in person at that same time.
Mrs. Bojana Harrison (UNS) mentioned that the Dissemination Working Group prepared a Dissemination Plan and that all activities are carried out as planned. All partners agreed to enhance the visibility in social media and increase the number of followers and shares.
It was agreed that the final TPM will be held in Poland at the end of August 2023.
All team members agreed that all materials have to be translated into all the project languages by end of May 2023.
The decision was made that all three project partners will start preparing the materials for the MOSMEN 2 project proposal. The next 6 subjects should be developed. Dr. Viktória Prémusz (UP) suggested that we could involve more partners in the next project and therefore give even more visibility to the project. She suggested Masaryk University from the Czech Republic as a possible partner.
The Serbian team proposed that the next project can incorporate elements of one of the previous project proposals that they have developed, which involves digitalization in sport management, using digital tools and digital marketing in enhancing the skills of future sports managers.
The next MOSMEN meeting will be held online on 25th November 2022 at 11:00.
