ERASMUS+ STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS 2020 Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices

Presentations

The Kick-off meeting began with the introduction of the project members. Every representative of the partner universities gave a professional description of themselves and their universities’ background.

Project information

It was assured that the Partner Agreement would be prepared in October since the Subsidy Contract had been signed already in Poland. First instalment of the grant will be 40% of the total amount granted.

The importance of the documentation (such as time-sheets to be filled regularly) and the assignment of administrative personnel were also emphasized. The project members present were seeking suitable tools for keeping documentation and contact quick, smooth and flawless. Skype, Dropbox were mentioned as the possible alternatives for different types of tasks.

The project members from Hungary demonstrated previous experiences regarding e-platform options. From the previous examples presented several variations can be considered, which will be decided by the partners later. The decision will be made at the next project meeting after the proposals of all participating universities will be discussed.

General issues/questions

The project members felt that the focus should be on the ‘learning management system’ rather than a website. It was concluded that details/descriptions of the project could be shared on each of the partner’s websites. The learning management system (LMS) will be Moodle.

Next steps, summary

The project members need to prepare:

• the syllabi of the 6 IOs by mid-October,
• a check-list about the to dos by 15 October: creating standardized forms, tests, syllabus sample, learning outcome, definition of competencies for sport managers.
